General Information
**Please turn off the outside water to your townhome during the cold winter months. The shutoff valve is inside the utility closet. The outside spigot faucet should be opened to the on position.

October and April are the recommended months to change the 9 volt batteries in your smoke detectors.
Our drop box is located in the middle of our back door of the Office/Model
Check your utility room frequently for leaks of any kind.
Make sure that your water softener does not run out of salt. Salt is available at the Rental Office for $10.00 a bag. Fridge filters are available for $30.00.
Change your Furnace Filter Monthly - Filter Size is 16x25x1
Make sure to let us know if you are leaving for extended periods of time.
If your vehicles are parked outside make sure to move them every three days.
